Memories of Riverdale

6 Years at Riverdale,Woah it has gone fast. My favorite parts about Riverdale are Athletics,Cross-country,Camp,Disco,Cricket and HEAPS more. The cross-country was so exiting. In my first year at Riverdale I won the Cross-country, and the last year of Riverdale I won the cross-country to it was so amazing. For camp I went to Highland home and Palmgrove. Palmgrove was a awesome camp because there was a huge flying fox and a huge waterside. For the Disco this year i chose a song it was party in the USA. In term 3 Parkvale came to our school for sports i wasn’t included in any but we lost in rugby 40-0 for netball we won and for soccer to. For Cricket I am in the A-team and i am the best bowler in the team. And i got player of the day. My teachers have been Mrs Wimms, Mrs Marychurch, Mrs Fanell, Mrs Walker, Ms Soma, Mrs Kenyon, And Mr Mcnaught.

Intro

As i was waiting at the spectators point I was waiting for the rally car to zoom past me. As I was waiting for the rally car I could hear it roaring. Now I could see the rally car go round the corner then I zoomed right past me going 150km.


Meat & Body

WRC is better than netball.....
WRC is for girls and boys all round the world. WRC is when you compete against the other teams to win a trophy. but it is sort of like when they are competing against each other.

Netball are for girls it’s played with two teams of seven players. You have four quarters for each game. Netball is in the Olympics and the Commonwealth games

Conclusion

that is why WRC is better than netball

Camp Recount


In the morning I came to school and there were heaps of bags and I had the smallest. Then I put my home baking in the box then I played hat tag. Then it was time to hop on the bus. Once we got to southwards car museum we looked everywhere and there was also a burned up car! Then we had lunch there and after lunch we played a game of seaweed. Then we went back on the bus and went to camp. Philip timed how long it took and it took one hour and 30 minutes. Once we got at camp we went to our dorms and put our stuff there and then we did our first activity. My groups first activity was waterslide and I went down by my self then with Jake then with Jacob Logan Sean and we made it all the way to the bottom. Then once the hooter went my group did gym and we played cricket in there and I got Sean out for a duck and I had to wait my turn till I could get into bat. When it was my turn to bat I hit the ball out of the gym. Then it was afternoon tea. after afternoon tea my group did archery and I shot the arrow over the board and it hit the tree. Logan did the same thing as me excepted it didn’t hit the tree. After that the day was over for activitys. On the last night we did commando raid and we had to get to the pool with ballons. I made it once and I stepped Mr mccullum and then he dived down and got me. Once the hooter went I tried on more time and I was so close but I was last in the dining room.
